Reservation Periods
- 5 night ski week
Sunday 5pm - Friday 10am
- 7 night ski week

- 2 night weekend

If your vacation doesn't fit
the above schedules, please call us, and we will
try to fill your personal requirements.
Please note that our arrival
time is 5pm (or later), and that check out time
is 10am. Guests staying any time after 10am
will be charged for an additional full day.
Payment Policies
All reservations require 50%
of the rate amount as a deposit at the time the
reservation is made. A signed confirmation with
the balance of the rate amount, 9% Vermont rooms
tax, and a $400-$1,000 security deposit (varies
with each chalet) must be paid in full and returned
to our office at least 21 days in advance of your
arrival.
Refund Policies
There are no refunds at holiday
periods unless the chalet is re-rented. For all
other times, you must issue a notice (in writing)
at least 21 days in advance. A $50 administrative
charge will be subtracted from the refund.
Repairs
If an appliance repair, or
other type of repair, is required during your
stay, every effort will be made to repair what
is wrong as quickly as possible, but no consideration
is given towards the rate charged for the chalet.
Notice of any needed repair should be given to
Martin Associates early in the day to maximize
the possibility of a quick solution.
Leave it as you
found it
Our housekeepers will be inspecting
the chalets between 10am and 5pm. If all is found
to be in order in the chalet, your security deposit
will be returned by mail. It will be to your advantage
to leave a clean and tidy chalet before your departure
at 10am. Any time over 1.5 hours necessary to
clean your chalet will be deducted from your security
deposit. The charge will be $75/hr. Moved furniture
must also be returned to its original location,
or a mover's fee shall be charged.
Other rental requirements
- No pets shall be kept on
the premises
Reserve the chalet of your
choice. For availability times/dates call us toll
free at 1-800-422-2261. A quick telephone
call will hold your reservation until your money
reaches us. We are open 7 days a week; Monday
through Saturday from 9am to 5pm, and Sundays
from 10am to 4pm. VISA and M/C are accepted.
